This workshop continues a discussion about the COA concept--its rationale and how to implement it. What is under consideration is the beginning of a road to a 21st-century, high-tech subsistence economy, an economy that eventually can replace jobs oriented to ‘the market’ with work meaningful to a community. (Each workshop stands alone; no previous attendance needed)
