Jeff's background as a paleoecologist taught him the long view of environment, ecology and impacts. He's traversed - and dug in - landscapes from Moab to Moloolaba, Dirty Devil River to Daintree Rainforest, and has gained a deep appreciation for conservation and environmental issues - but also for grassroots actions and what everyone can do, today, to improve our common lot. After years of earth science teaching and museum work around the country, it was time to return to his native Minnesota. Jeff found resonance with Do It Green! as a place where great people are making a great deal of difference in the area. It's rewarding to help with grants, environmental and science issues.
